Your stay at La Source Bleue will be an opportunity to rest in its atmosphere of calm and serenity. You can enjoy the strolls along the river that flows alongside the gardens and soak up the enchanting bamboo forest, or go fishing. Some people have caught carp weighing 25kg (they stay up all night !). Swim a few lengths in the heated pool, keep fit and play badminton or table tennis. Why not walk to the village, only 600m down the country road...there's a village grocer, café, post-office, brocante all-in- one where you can buy your fresh baguette for break-fast, chat to the locals and sip a cool beer or a "ballon" of Cahors wine and probably find your usual news-paper! Just perfect! Only a few kilometres away across the hills there is a brand new 9 hole golf course called "Le Neuf " at Saint Martin Le Redon, close to Villeneuve sur Lot you have an 18 hole golf-course.You can go on beautiful walks on horse- back, cycle down the country-lanes, have great fun canoing or just let go, try the river cruises that leave from Cahors or Luzech and sight-see as you go. Even though you can enjoy being far from the madding crowd, you are literally only 10 minutes away from several large super-markets, trendy shops, hair- dressers. Don't miss the local markets we all know to be colorful, attractive and full of cheer, so rural French in these parts. Last but not are all the fabulous opportunities to go wine-tasting.
