LE GRAND MOULIN:

EIGHT ROOMS: all with their own bathroom and WC, satellite TV. Le Grand Moulin sleeps up to sixteen people in very comfortable conditions. We have even provided for the elderly and the disabled by having a ground -floor room with easy access.

It is a very special house in one of the eleventh century mills we have converted into luxury holiday accomodation. Ideal for you who wish to have a family holiday. It is absolutely perfect for children, aunts and uncles and grandma and grandpa.

The keen fisherman will think he is in heaven, the girls who worship the sun will be able to lounge around the pool or the huge gardens. In the evening you can feed the koi carp as they glide and weave their way through the water-lilies. Mums can relax and there's fun for all on the patios or at the ping-pong table, the badminton pitch or swings for the kiddies!

The kitchen is fully equipped and as well as the large dining/ lounge TV, DVD area indoors where you have internet access with installed computer, you have a place to relax and relish your grilled steak from the barbecue on the out-door eating areas. Of course, you have a great choice of places to eat out locally.

The house is equipped with washing machine and dryer, towels are provided for rooms and pool. The setting is a lush garden with a bamboo forest of various species, river-bank walk, palm trees, a large lily pond and last but not least , the magical blue spring with its pure clear water. The swimming-pool (7m x14m) is in a sheltered spot which is a known sun-trap on the hot Summer days. For those who hide from the sun, you can always sit out and relax in the shade of the giant palms.

LE PETIT MOULIN:

FOUR LARGE ROOMS all with their own bathroom, WC and satellite TV Le Petit Moulin sleeps six to ten people in thick ancient stone walls with original old oak beams. A very "Frrrench" country-style atmosphere even if the kitchen is ultra-modern! An ideal place to settle for a week or two and "get away" with friends or family for a holiday in lush green surroundings. The ground-floor bed-room has been recently converted according to recent regulations to ensure maximum comfort for the elderly or the disabled. The lounge/diner looks South, a corner wood-burner for a chilly Autumn evening and satellite TV, DVD facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine and dryer.

The doors open out onto a large patio area overlooking the river where you can enjoy meals > around the barbecue, watch the children play and tuck into the savory grills of meat from the local producers or fish...from the river?! The property grounds are extensive (4acres) stretches of bamboo forest, walks around the lily pond and strolls up to the large swimming pool (14m x7m ) or down to the river. The gentle gush of the spring as it joins the lazy or the Summer river will cradle your sleep at night as the heat of the day cools down. The swimming pool, shared with the neighbouring house is set in a very large, sheltered corner of the property...an opportunity to make aquaintance, for children to play together or a pleasure just to lie quietly "out of the way" in your chosen corner.
